Well, it certainly is good to be lucky.
The Brooklyn Eagle reports that many of the new hotels shooting up in Downtown Brooklyn don't want to build new parking spaces. And why should they spend money on parking, when the City is building it for free (well, free in that the taxpayers are paying for it and private homes have to be confiscated along the way, which some people would consider "free")?
